Meals are prepared from scratch with the best, freshest ingredients available, locally sourced when possible. In season, we make use of Ontario strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries and rhubarb as well as vegetables and herbs when available from our garden.
Guests are invited to sit in the large dramatic 2 storey Mexican themed interior atrium featuring a 13 foot sculpture, to snuggle by the fire in the den living room with a good book or one of our many magazines and games or sit on the outdoors patio.
